Baked Oatmeal

If you are not so keen on the taste of oats, this recipe is for you. When cooked properly, baked oatmeal tastes more like cake. And who doesn’t like some sort of healthy cake for breakfast? 🤔

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats

  • 1 egg

  • 1 banana

  • 1/4 cup of milk 

  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder 

  • 1 tablespoon of Baobab Balance & Beauty Blend 

  • 1 tablespoon of honey 

  • A pinch of salt

  • Mixed berries 


STEPS

  • Set the oven to 350° Fahrenheit or 180° Celsius  

  • Oil an oven-safe bowl or ramekin 

  • Blend all the ingredients in a food processor or blender

  • Pour the mixture into the oiled bowl or ramekin 

  • Top with strawberries and blueberries 

  • Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes

  • Bring out the baked oatmeal and enjoy!
