Superfood Chia Parfait

Enjoy the wellness benefits of our Amaranth Daily Greens in this delicious cup of perfection! This superfood chia parfait recipe was created by the wonderful duo, Vernon & Simone (@leafeaters on IG). Reach for it when you are in the mood for a healthy, delicious snack or breakfast.

INGREDIENTS

For Chia Pudding

  • 4 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

For Green Smoothie

  • 2 cups packed spinach

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 4 tbs. flax seed powder

  • 1 large banana

  • 1 apple

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

  • 1 1/2 cups water

  • 1 tbs. of Amaranth Daily Greens Blend

STEPS FOR CHIA PUDDING

  • Mix the chia seeds with almond milk and vanilla extract.

  • Stir well until the seeds are all covered with liquid.

  • Let it sit overnight to set.

STEPS FOR GREEN SMOOTHIE

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

FINAL STEPS

  • Pour the set chia pudding into a glass or jar and top with the green smoothie. Garnish with berries, coconut flakes, nuts, or seeds.
