Green Goddess Energy Balls

Are you a fan of energizing snacks that require minimum effort and prep time? Are you craving yummy homemade snacks? Then this recipe is for you!

Try the recipe below, courtesy of Alex Bouwer, to awaken your goddess energy with delicious, no-bake energy balls.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup of Dates

  • 1/2 Cup of Protein Powder

  • 2 Tbsps. of ORÍSUN Amaranth Daily Greens Blend

  • 1 Tbsp. of Almond Butter or Any Other Nut Butter

  • 1/3 Cup of Oats

  • Some Shredded Coconut and Cocoa Powder for Coating

STEPS

  • Blend all the ingredients except the cocoa powder and the shredded coconut, in a food processor

  • Scoop the mixture into small balls

  • Coat each ball with a generous amount of shredded coconut or cocoa powder

  • Refrigerate for 5 mins

  • And Enjoy!
