Homemade Granola

Do you ever wish you could decide what goes into your granola? Well, you no longer have to wish. Just try this delicious homemade granola recipe instead.

It goes on smoothies, yogurt, or any snack of your choice. You can also enjoy it alone as a snack.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons of ORÍSUN Baobab Balance and Beauty Blend

  • 3 cups of oats

  • 1 cup of chopped almond and cashew or any nut mix of your choice

  • 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla extract

  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil

  • 1/2 cup of honey or maple syrup

STEPS

  • Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit or 180° Celsius and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper

  • Combine the oats, nuts, Baobab Balance & Beauty Blend, vanilla extract, and honey in a mixing bowl

  • Stir to blend the ingredients until every oat and nut is lightly coated

  • Pour the granola onto the pan and spread it in an even layer

  • Bake until lightly golden for ~ 16 minutes. The granola will become more crispy as it cools.

  • Let the granola cool completely, undisturbed for at least 20 minutes. Break the granola into pieces with your hands for big chunks, or stir it around with a spoon if you want small crumbs.

    *If you want your granola crunchy, let the granola cook in the fridge.
