Chocolate Mug Cake

I don’t think I can get tired of mug cake because it is easy to make and spice up.

This one is for you if you love chocolate m. You can make the melted chocolate from scratch with cocoa or cacao powder and some coconut oil. You can also just melt chocolate bars or chips in the microwave.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon of coconut flour

  • 1 tablespoon of cake wheat flour 

  • 1 medium egg

  • 2 tablespoons of macadamia milk

  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon of Amaranth Daily Greens Blend

  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder 

  • 1 tablespoon of honey/sweetener of choice

  • Melted chocolate with 1 tablespoon of Baobab Balance & Beauty Blend

STEPS FOR MUG CAKE

  • Mix all the ingredients in a mug

  • Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes

  • Top with melted chocolate

STEPS FOR MELTED CHOCOLATE

  • Mix 4 tablespoons of melted coconut oil, 1/4 cup of cocoa powder, and 2 tablespoons of honey

  • Microwave for a few seconds if it thickens

  • Add 1 tablespoon of Baobab Balance & Beauty Blend and mix
